====The Kesh'val Declaration====
The Kesh'val Declaration was a special clandestine order given by the Fifth Sphere late into its existence. It was issued by Supreme Commander Shadowsun and approved by [[Ethereal]] [[El'Vesh]]. The Declaration sought to dispatch highly specialize flotillas deep into enemy space and discover [[Necron]] [[Tomb World]]s. When slumbering Necron tomb complexes were identified, these fleets were instructed to deploy [[Stealth Battlesuit]] teams equipped with the latest [[XV26]] and [[Drone]] models and plunder the alien technology and bring them back to the [[Earth Caste]] for analysis. Shadowsun and El'Vesh believe that while it may take many generations for the plan to bear any fruit, it will strengthen the Tau in the face of its many enemies.{{Fn|6}}
