Margrave rulership of the Moebian Domain would be stable and steadily prosperous. Imperial records don't mention any significant Fringe Wars comparable to those of M35 or M36. Planets of the Moebian Domain would continue to be reclaimed and new ones would be charted.{{Fn|2}}
An event known as the great Sector Collapse occurred three decades prior to the present day in the [[Era Indomitus]]. Many minor-noble houses were decimated. The few surviving heirs to this event had no property or holding left. The orphaned heirs had their records redacted and were sent to the [[Schola Progenium|Scholams]], giving rise to the slanderous rumour that this disaster wasn't as much of an accident as it initially appeared.{{Fn|4m}}
