In this ritual, an [[Astropath]] is mutilated and possessed by a daemon. After several tries, it turned out that suffering is the crucial fuel of this ritual: Servants of Chaos who volunteered for this role to be mutilated and possessed burned out much faster than unwilling victims.{{Fn|32a}}
