For nearly eight thousand years Urokleas, renamed '''Urk''', was a battleground for warring greenskin tribes. There was no one mighty leader to combine the greenskins into the Waaagh! So the Orks fought with each other in endless battles. That was until [[Ghazghkull Mag Uruk Thraka]] was born.{{Fn|1}}
It was then that Ghazghkull received the head wound that led to his famous [[Ork Bioniks|bionik]] implant being made and put in by [[Mad Dok Grotsnik]]. After this, he worked his way up the ranks, quickly coming to rule over all the [[Ork]]s of the [[Goff]] tribe. There were five tribes on the planet: the [[Goffs]], [[Bad Moons]], [[Evil Sunz]], [[Snakebites]] and [[Blood Axe]] clans. When the star around which Urk orbited began to die, a [[Space Hulk]] appeared and Ghazghkull convinced the Orks to leave on the hulk. It is assumed that since then the planet has become uninhabitable to all life.{{cite thisCite Marker End}}
