Moebian regiments typically field mixed troopers, including [[Primaris Psyker|Primaris Psykers]] s and [[Ogryn|Ogryns]]s, alongside their standard infantry. Most Moebian regiments, make good use of [[Psykers]] within their ranks. The [[Moebian 21st]] developed urban warfare tactics using their psykers' force shields to funnel enemies into deadly crossfires, ideal for the cramped conditions found in the depths of a rundown Hive city.

They wear, or are at least preferential of, red bandanas and ragties. The head-wear is representative of the unspecified [[Hive gang]] they are implied to prefer recruiting from. They're fatigues and armor armour are black or have a camo pattern similar to 'cityfight' or 'jagbeast' in black, grey, and dark blue. Like most Moebian regiments, a [[Primaris Psyker]] was once attached to the Moebian 33rd, however her fate is unrecorded.{{Fn|17}}

|The [[Branx Magna|Branx]]-born Steelheads are a famed Moebian regiment and stalwart defenders recently sent to reinforce the frontlines on [[Atoma Prime]].{{Fn|42a}} Lord [[Margrave]] has requested that the 53rd aid in the war for Tertium.
