[[fileFile:2ndcodpg57.jpg|right|thumb|250px|Warp Spider charging their Death Spinner1c]]
The signature piece of equipment used by Warp Spiders is the Warp Spider Jump Generator, a compact device housed within the armoured backpack of their Aspect Armour which allows for short journeys through the Warp. For combat, the Warp Spider's most commonly make use of their ritual weapon, the Death Spinner, a Monofilament Weapon which easily slices through flesh and bone.1a2b3a
The Exarchs of the Warp Spider Shrines have honed their skills as ambushers to a fine detail and passed on this knowledge to their squad. They are not only experts at surprise assaults, teleporting onto the battlefield in a storm of crackling lightning, but also know the best times to withdraw from combat and set up to perform further hit-and-run attacks.3a Instead of a Death Spinner, some Exarchs will go into battle with a pair of Powerblades and two Death Weavers, wielding them in mounts upon their waists. These waist mounts can also be replaced by an additional pair of Powerblades, giving them a total of four melee weapons to slash their foes with. Other Exarchs may instead opt for longer-ranged firepower with a Spinneret Rifle.9
On the bizzare bizarre isolated Craftworld of Kaelor , where only one Warp Spider Exarch is allowed to exist an , the additional rank, of Arachnir, has emerged , which serves below the Exarch but acts senior to the other Warp Spiders and Aspect Warriors.12a
