{{trivia}}The name and nature of Commorragh are almost certainly likely inspired by the biblical town of Gomorrah. In a [[Wikipedia:Sodom_and_Gomorrah#Biblical_narrative|Biblical tale]], Gomorrah was one of the five towns of the Pentapolis and was destroyed along with Sodom after God smote it with fire and brimstone, on account of it being wicked.
