[[Waaargh: Orks]] (1990) includes a short story about a mushroom and squig vendor named Makari who gets into trouble by reneging on a loan to the [[Gretchin]] mobster [[Lansig]] and flees his persuit only to be saved by a [[Mekboy]] [[Goff]] to whom he had fed a regurgitated [[Gob-Buster]] squig "toadstool" earlier that morning, and for the thanks of which the "Big Goff" had chased the [[Gretchin]] about town wanting to buy a second "toadstool". It is unclear if this is the same Makari, or if the "Big Goff" is intended to be [[Ghazghkull]].{{Fn|8}}
