**[[Battle of Akamakar]] — Because of grievances against the Adeptus Vaelarii, an Exilarchy-supported civil war was sparked on the planet Kouris at the edge of the Celestial Lions' protectorate. While the two-year long conflict eventually leaned in the Vaelarii's favour, the Emperor's Spears sought to deploy and end it decisively to reduce loyalist casualties. The seizure of planetary capital of Akamakar was staged in order to bleed out the remaining Exilarchy presence on the world and retake it.
