The Sky Raiders were heavily active within the [[Maelstrom]] at the height of the [[Badab War]], as were the [[Sunblitz Brotherhood]] with whom they formed a rivalry as they raided across the region.{{Fn|4}}
They fought in support of [[Craftworld]]s [[Mymeara]] and [[Alaitoc]] in the invasion of [[Betalis III]] and the battle of the [[Karina Nebula]] fought immediately afterwards. They Sky Raiders are notorious for the viciousness of their attacks, raids of such brutality that they are often mistaken for incursions by [[Dark Eldar]].{{Fn|1}}
