The Infinite Citadel is the Iron Warriors Daemon Primarch Perturabo's plan to conquer the Imperium, by covering it in a ring of horrifically brutalist fortifications he designed.1
Description
It is siege warfare in a huge scale, which will turn entire worlds into keeps held by the Iron Warriors. The resources of these worlds would then be plundered, so the Traitor Legion can build walls that cross entire systemssystems. The Citadel would then expand to Terra, with the Iron Warriors ensuring that no foe is left behind to stop them. If the fortifications are attacked the , Perturabo will have his sons stay within the Citadel's walls and in doing so, strip the attackers of any advantage they might have. The Daemon Primarch is also counting on each battle to complete and defend the Citadel, to end in carnage and a horrendous body count. This will both please the Chaos Gods and break down the veil between Realspace and the Warp. By the time the Citadel reaches Terra itself, Perturabo will be able to freely walk upon its surface and deliver the death blow to the Imperium himself.1
