History
History
He ordered the Emperor's Warbringers to destroy the Imperial world Vulscus, after they unknowingly displayed a Bolter that had once belonged to the traitorous Primarch Horus. The population had believed the bolter had belonged to the Primarch Guilliman, who in the world's history had brought Vulscus into Compliance, during the Great Crusade. However after the bolter was displayed, it was discovered by Korm that the truth had been altered in the wake of the Horus Heresy and it was Horus who was actually responsible for the Compliance. This led the Inquisitor to unleash the Warbringers upon Vulscus for their heresy against the Imperium. The Chapter then invaded Vulscus and Korm accompanied them as they devastated the capital of Izo Primaris, where Horus' bolter was kept. Once they had it in their possession, the Inquisitor wanted to return the bolter to Titan, as he viewed it as a Chaos artefact of incredible significance. To the Warbringers, though, it was an abomination and they insisted on destroying the ancient bolter. Korm wisely kept silent and did not stop them from doing so, as the Inquisitor did not wish to cross the Chapter.1
