Those Intercessors who wear [[Gravis Pattern Power Armour]] are known as '''Heavy Intercessors'''. These are used to secure ground, blunt enemy counter-attacks, and are immovable in the defense. They are equipped with [[Executor Bolt Rifle]]s, [[Executor Heavy Bolter]]s, [[Heavy Bolt Rifle]]s, [[Heavy Bolter]]s, [[Hellstorm Bolt Rifle]]s, or [[Hellstorm Heavy Bolter]]s.{{Fn|7a}} Despite their heavy weapons specialty, they are still classified as a type of [[Battleline Squad]] instead of a [[Fire Support Squad]].{{Fn|12}}<br clear=all>
