Alvez had once considered him for [[Huron Grimm]]'s position, as second in command. but felt they were too similar in many ways.{{EndnFn|2a}}
After the death of [[Drigo Alvez|Alvez]] Anto supported Grimm as the temporary commander of their forces in New Rynn City, aruging with [[Barrien Gallacus]] and accusing him of pride for his objections. However command ultimately went to [[Epistolary]] [[Delevan Deguerro]].{{Fn|2b}}
