Though when they came out Shere was dead, he couldn't bare the visions and just collapsed to the ground.
== Horus Heresy == In the end Alpharius trusted the Cabal vision, betrayed the Emperor and sided with Horus during the [[Horus Heresy]]. But instead of betraying the chaos legions and side with the Emporer. Alpharius never got the chance he was slain by the Primarch of the Ultramarines legion.
