==History==
Brother both by chapter and in blood to [[Rafen]], Arkio achieved veteran status. He assisted [[Inquisitor]] Ramius Stele in the discovery and reclaiming of the [[Spear of Telesto]], a lost [[Primarch]] weapon of the [[Blood Angels]] [[Space Marine]] chapter.
While fighting a [[Word Bearers]] assault on a burial world, [[Rafen]] and his fellow [[Blood Angels]] notice a transformation of the youth, leading them to believe he was [[Sanguinius]] reborn. This was not the case, but an elaborate ruse created by agents of [[Chaos]], plunging the [[Blood Angels]] into a civil war.
[[Arkio]] was killed in a duel with his brother [[Rafen]], his remains burned upon a pyre out of respect.
