Agreed, I had some doubts about those parts too, but then again, it's what the <nowiki>{{cite}}</nowiki> template is for. So either we delete the article and start from scratch, or someone has to cite SOME of the claims so we can proceed.--[[User:Madness|Madness]] 20:55, 2 June 2008 (CEST)
The first part of the History section is probably a reference to the "Council of Nikea", a bit of fluff from the Horus Heresy Artbooks(I think) in which the Emperor bans sorcery or restricts the use of psychers. The second part sounds like Chaplain fluff to me.--[[User:Digganob|Digganob]]
