Changes

The '''Seer Council''' is an [[Ulthwe]] [[Eldar]] special force consisting of [[Eldrad Ultharan]], at least three lesser between 2 and 5 [[Farseers]], and at least fivethree [[Warlocks]]but not restricting the total number. During times of conflict the Seer Council will use their power to divine the best times to enter a battle and open the portals to allow Ulthwe strike forces to make the raids they are most famous for.
