== Description ==
Vulkan He'stan is the current [[Forgefather]] of the [[Salamanders]] space marine chapter. Formerly the fourth company captain He'stan was promoted to Forgefather taking on his primarch's surname and leaving his former command behind. The duty of the forgefather is to find the artifacts left behind from their lost primarch [[Vulkan]]. He carries three of these into battle: [[The gauntlet of the forge]] a gauntlet with a built in heavy flamer, [[The spear of Vulkan]] the rumored weapon of their primarch and an ancient drakescale cloak.

In the table-top game He'stan makes all [[flamers]] and [[meltaguns]] count as twin linked and all [[thunderhammers]] count as master-crafted.
