Hi, I'm new here, so be nice.
I'm pretty sure that the right shoulder pad must be the company colour. They are a codex chapter, after all and company heraldry is pretty important. If you look in the new codex on page 117 a raven guard biker with an assault embalm on his right shoulder pad has the green trim with a 7 on his right leg (denoting that its the 7th squad). This must be either the 8th reserve company or the one of the other battle companies. I've already painted my 3rd company with uniform red trim to go with Shrike, including the dreadnoughts. I've painted my veterans with white trim, incidentally.
