'''Gryphonne IV''' was a major [[Adeptus Mechanicus]] [[Forge World (planet class)|Forge World]] threatened, and later overcome by, [[Hive Fleet Leviathan]].^1-p8 Before its destruction it was the home of the [[Legio Gryphonicus]]^1-p8 as well as the base of the [[Knights of Gryphonne]] Space Marine Chapter. Gryphonne IV was also responsible for designing many of the [[Imperial Guard]]'s vehicles (see [http://www.forgeworld.co.uk Forgeworld] for Gryphonne IV tank variants).
