He may find himself slowly growing extra limbs, eyes, toes and other useless things. For instance one gift may gift you with better vision, gifted psychic ability or may just generally improve your lot in life. However the Chaos Gods may also think that you would benefit from having your eyes constantly bleed or your fingers dropping off, it's all the same to a Chaos God.

When a '''Chaos Lord has too many gifts however, even his genetically modified body cannot contain Spawn''' are creatures which have become so mutated through their servitude to [[Chaos]] they have devolved into twisted and insane abominations. Those seeking immortality and power through Daemonhood face the mutating forces constant possibility of Chaos inside him and he will slowly start being reduced to lose all form both mentally and physically. Eventually he will become nothing but a slobbering mindless Chaos Spawn, either by accumulating too many mutations or being cast aside by their Chaos patrons as unworthy.

Most of the time these creatures die in the first few days of Chaos warband members who descend into Spawndom will either be abandoned by their transformations but not all of the time. Many warbands use these former comrades or kept as pets mascots or simply let them roam free until they die. In as beasts to be herded into battle they rush forwards oblivious to any damage and carve their way through an enemy and though death is inevitable they will fight to the last.
