Description
A Spined Rhodox[2]
However, while they are common in many systems, the Rhodox are not as prevalent. The worlds they are found in, however, are notably infested with dense Ork populations, who the creatures have formed an interesting relationship with. While the Rhodox are not readily domesticated by the Xenos, certain tribes of Orks have adopted hunting the creatures as a form of initiation for their potential clan leaders. Those who manage to return with a set of the Rhodox's horns become highly revered in the Xenos' society and are often rewarded by their clans with the elite positions of Nob or even Warboss.[1]
Trivia
- The Spined Rhodox's miniature was created by the Games Workshop employee Stuart Spengler. It was featured in an older version of Games Workshop's website.[1]
