The Steeleye Reavers are a warband of Eldar Corsairs.^[1]

Led by Lady Kaelis Carnelia, they have plagued the Sidhestar Systems for centuries. Thanks to her cunning and gift of foresight, she has ruled unchallenged for an unprecedented length of time as her Corsairs attack as they please, leaving an elongated iris design behind as their calling card. This is sometimes carved into the flesh of the defeated, while other times it is beamed into the eyes of Navigators in order to blind them. Lady Carnelia herself is guarded by five Wraithguard drawn from the souls of Spirit Stones of her flagships previous captains. These constructs accompany her everywhere.^[3]
