The Storm Ravens Chapter is only known due to its creation of the Suppression Force tactic by the Master of the Arsenal Jagrveli Skyhammer (sometimes Jagrvelj)[1][2]. Fighting in the Rhopara Crusade, Skyhammer, armed with two centuries of knowledge, stripped down several Land Speeders in order to increase their sensor capabilities in order to create fast-moving forward observers for Whirlwind artillery batteries. Using this tactic, the Rhopara Sector capital fell and the tactic was adopted by the rest of the Chapter and eventually the Adeptus Astartes as a whole.[2]
