Strahb
Doctor Strahb is a Genestealer Cult Biophagus who has infiltrated an Imperial Guard regiment that is in the process of being covertly subsumed by the cult.[1]
Overview
At some point, Doctor Strahb would volunteer his medical services to an unknown regiment. This would be after Commissar Cherenkov died to a mysterious poisoning, and the Ministorum Priest died due to an accident involving having fallen on a power pick several times.[1]
Once within the regiment the Doctor would offer free "genetic purity screenings" to guardsmen, and provide a variety of supplements to those who did not pass the muster. The cult's influence was already becoming known at this point. Religious pamphlets venerating the Emperor as a many-armed arbiter of justice would be issued to guardsmen. Many of the guardsmen who were not cultists simply believed this was simply an exotic Hive-dweller belief that many of the new recruits believed in.[1]
