Styxen was an Imperial Hive World, that was overrun by the Orks of Waaagh! Gozmod in M42.[1]
History
Some refugees from the world joined those fleeing Hador, which had also fallen to Waaagh! Gozmod and sought the safety of Fortress World Tartora. Once there, they shared what befell their worlds to Tartora's garrison, but its frustrated troops could do nothing but wait. When the Orks eventually invaded Tartora, the world was engulfed by hatred and bloodshed. This drew the Daemons of Khorne to the world and the Bloodthirster Agoth'Kar has now led the Blood God's forces in invading the Fortress World.[1]
