T'krahn is an Exodite World.^[1]

When the Bad Moons clan, led by Nazdreg, invaded the planet they easily overwhelmed the Exodites living there. The surviving Exodites went into hiding and sent a message requesting aid, to the Craftworld Ulthwé. Led by Farseer Eldrad, Ulthwé's forces arrived on T'krahn and after a fierce battle managed to repel the Orks from the planet.^[1]
