History
Various alien artifacts have been found there and Tabchek has now become the site of constant archeotech digs. These are conducted by the Adeptus Mechanicus, as well as various other Imperial scientific institutions. However everything done on the Dead World is watched over by the Ordo Xenos and anyone wishing to travel to Tabchek must adhere to its strict rules and demands. This includes having each incoming or outgoing spaceship docked by the Ordo Xenos for twenty four hours, so they can be searched for any heretical contraband.[1]
Trivia
Tabchek 23.04 and the Silurian System were created by the Games Workshop employee Ty Finocchiaro. They were featured on an older version of the company's website.[1]
