"Deliverance Pattern" conflation

Reading the article, it seems contradictory that the "Raven Pattern" and "Deliverance Pattern" shotguns discussed are the same weapon. The page's image (drawn from the Heresy book and on its detail page labeled as "Deliverance Pattern") does not match the description given for the "Raven Pattern" gun, lacking entirely the large suppressor which the text indicates is the primary feature of that pattern. Further, being used during the Heresy flatly contradicts the account provided of the pattern's creation as the result of a Deathwatch mission, since that organization did not exist until millennia after the Heresy ended. Canon conflicts do happen, but my gut says it's more likely that the term "Raven Pattern" was used to refer to two unrelated shotguns associated with the Raven Guard. Could someone with access to the primary sources check to see if the "Deliverance Pattern" really was also known as the "Raven Pattern?"
