High Lord?

Is this guy a High Lord of Terra or what? He's pictured with the other High Lords in artwork and seems to be treated as one, but I can't find anything to definitively say he is one way or another. It would change his categorization so this is necessary information, and I've been out of the 40k loop for a while Harriticus (talk) 23:35, 8 August 2023 (UTC)

I didn't see anything mentioned in the Leviathan (Box) Rulebook. You may have to wait until a future release clarifies things. Dram (talk) 23:44, 8 August 2023 (UTC)

I'm fairly certain that the Lord Commander Solar is not one of the High Lords but is immediately subordinate to one (the Lord Commander Militant). Given that Leontus is from one of Terra's noble families I'd say he's also the likely successor to the Lord Commander Militant if they die. So I'd say he's almost but not quite a High Lord. Then again he has the same rank as Macharius and Macharius wasn't really treated as a High Lord so it is a bit confusing, yes. KazilDarkeye (talk) 06:40, 9 August 2023 (UTC)
