The Standard of Macragge Inviolate may tie into here somehow? However, the idea is that the banner is the same object throughout the millenia, being restored and edited Ship of Theseus-style. This would mean the Inviolate standard would be seperate? Not sure, just putting it out there - Qwerty97475, 20th January 2026

It is written as "It is inscribed with the names of all 77 Chapter Masters of the Ultramarines, from Guilliman to Marneus Calgar". But isn't guilliman doesn't count as chapter master but totally separate status as primarch? GunesK (talk) 08:37, 26 February 2026 (UTC)

Guilliman may have been the Chapter Master immediately after the Second Founding. Wasn't he technically the "Legion Master" of the Ultramarines before that? KazilDarkeye (talk) 21:50, 1 March 2026 (UTC)
