Listing some companies I'd like to add, but I need to find sources too:

  • 24th company "exitium", captain tulian aquila, (doom eagles)
  • 90th company "nova", captain Lucretius Corvo, (nova marines)
  • 6th company, captain Saur Damocles, (iron snakes)
  • 199th company "Aegida", (scythes of the emperor)
  • 72nd or 77th company, conflict sources, I think, captain arrias cordo, (black consuls)
    • Found this one and got it added. The source actually says 72nd chapter which is hilarious to me. I added it in notes. --CaptainIdaeus (talk) 19:57, 27 June 2025 (UTC)
  • 19th company "the honoured", captain Aethon

Re: 6th company, Saur Damocles and the figure of eigth serpent symbol are in Know no Fear Ch. 3 and Dramatis Personae, but Kaen Atreus seems to be the Chapter Master for the 6th Chapter and Damocles is Captain of the 6th Company, 1st Chapter (according to the Dramatis Personae). Should the article mention sub-divisions of each chapter or not ?

As a separate note, the KNF Dramatis Personae seems to present companies of chapters as for example companies of the 19th chapter start at 191th company, then 192 company, etc. But 19th company (The Honoured) are from the 1st chapter, although it's not extremely clear. I'm not sure where to attribute some of those

Why do you want to add companies to an article about chapters? Regarding the last point, I think the 1st Chapter was 20 companies and the rest were all 10 to make the numbers match up. Liber Astartes (2nd Edition) pg. 303 states that the 19th Company is 1st Chapter, at least. KazilDarkeye (talk) 18:45, 5 February 2025 (UTC)
Because their composition is a point of interest to the topic of at hand, because it'd make for a more complete article, but also Note 3 for example already is about the correlation between companies and chapters. CaptainIdaeus is right to want to fold them in the article --Eeek (talk) 09:04, 6 February 2025 (UTC)
