I do not want to cause any offense to whomever has created and edited this page, but the formatting is very confusing, I think there are too many headings throughout the article. If no one has any objections I would like to reformat this article to be consistent with others major articles on the site. Whoever wrote this, you did a great job with gathering the information, I hope you continue to contribute but please take a moment to look at the Community Portal and look under guidelines to submitting.
