Changelog: Sacamsis, 2 edits.

I removed the body of text which reported to rely on the Warhammer 40,000: Battle Manual as a citation as the text itself was an inference from, it seems the rules for the heavy plasma gun?, I'll be watching this page and try to see if I can find anything supporting the old body of text and place it inside if I do find a supporting source. I removed the Necromunda Rulebook as, checking it for any mention of the gangs favouring the cannon itself, did in fact not exist and seemed to be yet another inference/assumption. The only potential source I can remember is necromunda hird gun with, house goliath I believe? They primarily use heavy weapons, but I don't think they used plasma cannons/heavy plasma guns in the game. Remembrancer Sacamsis (talk) 20:29, 26 October 2024 (UTC)

As I see it - you did all right. It was more like describing rules and was done in the 2007-2009 (iirc) years. But one important thing - please don't "shift" references' numbers the way you did. It is as much harder to do (for you) and also harder to check (for other adepts/moderators). In the case you did in the 'Plasma Cannon' article (https://lex.124811.xyz/mediawiki/index.php?title=Plasma_cannon&diff=next&oldid=586975) it would be better to just move one of the last sources (#12 White Dwarf 113 (2016), Forge world - Space Marines Weapon Sets) to the #1 Source and left all others as they were. It's just that we've already had cases where such changes (not as you've done but other adepts' 'work') led to complete chaos in the sources, followed by a nightmarish reworking of the entire articles.--Darkelf77 (talk) 17:46, 27 October 2024 (UTC)
Ah, apologies for that, I was a bit blinded and was not thinking ahead and thought doing so was a better 'idea' but I should have nipped it in the bud. Will try to avoid in future and be mindful of this when ever performing an edit, it has been 3 or 4 years since I edited a wiki and have forgotten proper etiqutte.
