Talk:Prodigal Sons
It may be worth considering that Ahriman's inherited fleet and followers from the Brotherhood of Dust aren't actually named as Prodigal Sons in the series, and indeed that that warband is from a later time-period. His warband in this series so far doesn't seem to have a new name and the central characters are just referred to as 'his' or 'the' Circle. So it may be supposition to just assume that the grouping of the current series and the warband from the older fluff are one and the same. Just a thought. - Mob 09:50, 7 February 2015 (MST)
When I was writing the article I considered that for a while but then I figured there is no harm in additional information so I added the information from the Ahirman series in there. I'm assuming he makes the name for his warband later on, possibly in 'Ahriman: Unchanged' (coming out later this year) or another book being released in the future. It is also quite possible the name was retconed since Ahriman does not care for names or titles that are not symbolic or represent something. It could possibly be due to a whole range of other reasons that I haven't mentioned but like I said, what is the harm in additional information. -Magnus01 19:08 4 March 2015 (AEST)
- Just a caution to be considered about filling an article with information that doesn't seem to directly pertain to it and would perhaps be hard for someone to find if they were looking for information on the warband of Ahriman re: the John French books. It's your call, no slight intended. Mob (talk) 16:58, 21 June 2015 (MDT)
