To expand on the edit i'm making :

Acheran is missing, presumed dead by the end of Shadowspear. There is no mention of his survival in the book, and the pages quoted are wrong on that. He's also not mentioned at all in Dark Imperium, so i'm removing that source. His last mentions are in Shadowspear and in the UM supplement, but the chapter organisation chart there predates Dark Imperium by some years and before the events of Shadowspear.

Captain of the 3rd Company??

An Ultramarines Captain in Gravis Armour with red trims named “Captain Acheran” is in the Codex: Space Marines (8th Edition) example army - this doesn’t make sense as Acheran is Captain of the 3rd Company. Either this is a mistake (probably provable if it causes a source conflict), or Acheran was actually Capt. of the 3rd, or it’s another Captain also named Acheran. The same codex marks Acheran as captain of the 2nd in an earlier chart of the Ultramarines organisation. - Qwerty97475, 13 December 2025
