Title Change

Throughout the Gaunt's Ghosts books, 'warknife' is spelled without a hyphen. To my knowledge it's never spelled with one - it is certainly extremely uncommon. The article itself uses the correct spelling throughout, but the page title is incorrect.

To that end the page title should be changed to the correct spelling.

The first source listed in the article uses the spelling “war-knife” (while also calling it a Tanith blade). I agree that it is spelled “warknife” slightly more consistently later in the series (in The Guns of Tanith in particular) but I went with the earliest spelling as the main title and made the others redirects. I confirm.

Ah, I see now. In the later released Omnibus, 'warknife' used without the hyphen. Hence the disagreement.--Darkelf77 (talk) 16:17, 16 June 2022 (UTC)

Ah, I only own the omnibus versions so it makes sense that I wouldn't have seen the earlier spelling version. (Though in your second image, the word is split across two lines which can be done with any word not just a hyphen.)

Earliest spelling takes precedence, I completely agree.

Just to add, the 5th edition Guard codex also hyphenates it. KazilDarkeye (talk) 10:11, 24 July 2022 (UTC)
