This page says 'The Second Phase Expansion began shortly after the end of the Damocles Crusade (742.M41).' However on the actual Second Sphere Expansion page it says this Phase was brought to an end BY the Damocles Crusade. I'm pretty sure, because of the dates, that the latter is correct.
