Talk:The Flawless Host
From Warhammer 40k - Lexicanum
Why The?
Is there a reason the title of this article is named The Flawless Host? We can talk about The Horus Heresy, The Thousand Sons, The World Eaters, The Emperor etc. but they don't have The in their article titles. --Lurker (talk) 21:37, 20 October 2024 (UTC)
- Presumably because the definite article forms an inseparable part of their name in one source/ the sources. --Inquisitor S., Großmeister des Ordo Lexicanum (talk) 05:57, 21 October 2024 (UTC)
- Yeah, generally if a name always has "The" in front of it, it makes sense to include it in the article title. For non-40k examples, "The Beatles", "The Simpsons", and "The Undertaker" all have pretty important "The"s which are essentially part of their names. There actual might be a case to move the Emperor's article to The Emperor, but I don't think this is the place for that discussion. --Mikaka (talk) 07:07, 21 October 2024 (UTC)
