Tar Centiri was once an Imperial world, before the Inquisition had it destroyed by an Exterminatus.[1]
History
Its downfall began, when a rebellion broke out and the Ultramarines Chapter sent the Battle Barge Pro Merito to restore order there. However the Battle Barge was lost in the Warp and the Inquisition then began investigating the Daemonic Possession that was present in some of Tar Centiri's nobility. When they discovered the full extent of the corruption, though, the Inquisition ordered the world to be destroyed by an Exterminatus.[1]
