Shas'O Tash'var Shi Kais was a Tau Commander.[1]
Hailing from the Sept of Tash'var, Shi Kais forces oversaw widespread atrocities against non-Tau races during the ill-fated Fourth Sphere of Expansion. For his transgressions against the Greater Good, the Ethereals subjected him to the ritual punishment and shaming known as Malk'la.[1]
