Tephusa Binary was a Forge World of the Imperium.
Tephusa Binary was a Forge World which was most known for producing a unique pattern of Chimera that was in widespread use in Segmentum Obscurus. In the early part of the 35th millennium, it was loyal to the High Lord Goge Vandire and was forcibly returned to the Imperium during the Age of Apostasy. [1]
