The Cursed Crozius
The Cursed Crozius was a Crozius Arcanum that was once wielded by a founding member of the Primarch Lorgar's Chaplains, who was the first of his kind to be sent into the Legiones Astartes in order to watch for signs of sedition following the Edict of Nikaea.[1]
However, it was later used in anger by its Chaplain to bludgeon to death an ex-Librarian Praetor of the White Scars Legion, and so it became an Accursed Crozius that still bears the indelible stains of that first treacherous kill to this day. Now, when Chaos worshipers are near The Cursed Crozius, they are instilled with all the knowledge they need to slay the loyalist thralls of the Corpse God. Conversely, those who bear the mark of the Emperor and find themselves facing a Word Bearer wielding The Cursed Crozius discover that its every swing unerringly seeks out the weak spots in their armour.[1]
