The Triumvirate

The Triumvirate is a cabal of Radical Inquisitors which seeks to resurrect the Horusian ideals.[1a]
The Triumvirate's ultimately goal is to save mankind by controlling Chaos. To that end, they seek to birth a dark messiah they seek to incarnate into a mortal vessel dubbed the "prospect". They have come into conflict with Inquisitor Covenant and his retinue.[1a] At least one prospect manifested itself on Dominicus Prime.

- Memnon - Ordo Hereticus Inquisitor dubbed The Wanderer. Killed in combat with Covenant.[1b]
- Idris - Ordo Malleus Inquisitor dubbed 'The Sorceress[1c]
- Argento - Former master of Covenant, dubbed the High Priest[1c]
