The population of Thesvor II had the misfortune of unknowingly living upon a Necron Tomb World.[1]
When the Necrons reawakened, the Lord of the mechanical Xenos stated that it was only this ignorance that had saved the lives of the trespassers. The Lord's mercy only extended so far, though, and Thesvor II's population was informed they would have only one solar cycle to leave the world or they would be eradicated.[1]
