Torvel the Deluded was a Sorcerer Lord.[1]
Active in M37, he commanded a Chaos army which invaded and dominated the Imperial colony world of Minerva. Eventually, however, the 1st Steel Legion led an Imperial counter-invasion of Minerva; Torvel was killed in a pitched battle with Commissar Orthos and his army was defeated.[1]
