Toxus the Decayed is a Nurgle Chaos Lord, who controls the Daemon World Araki's northern plague fields and the Mutants that dwell there.[1]
He seeks to destroy his Khornate rival Xaarn, whom Toxus has warred against for centuries. The two vain Chaos Lords aspire to utterly destroy the other Lord and in doing so, gain recognition as leaders who are worthy of the gifts and attentions their patron Chaos Gods have bestowed upon them.[1]
