Translocation Shroud

Translocation Shrouds are Necron phasing technology devices, that are worn by the Xenos' Overlords.[1]
Mobile variants of those equipped on the Necrons' Ghost Arks and Monoliths, the Shrouds allow Overlords to teleport themselves and their bodyguards. Even through solid objects if need be.[1]
