Twisted Spiral

The Twisted Spiral is a Haemonculus Coven that was involved in the Battle of Othana V in M42.[1]
The incident saw the Twisted Spiral capture several Custodes, which caused fierce Imperial retaliation. Several Custodes and Inquisitors of the Ordo Xenos pursued the Twisted Spiral to a moon deep in the interstellar void. However this proves to be a trap, with the Imperials finding what appeared to be a simulacrum of the Golden Throne covered in blood and gore. Just as they were about to send word of their discovery, the forces of the Twisted Spiral appeared to butcher the Imperials.[2]
